Wafer Type PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve realizes opening and closing by 90‑degree rotation of PTFE‑coated butterfly disc. When disc parallels pipeline direction, medium flows through; rotate 90 degrees, disc compresses PTFE liner seat to block flow passage and achieve tight shut‑off. Wafer structure is clamped between flanges, PTFE lining isolates medium from metal body to avoid chemical corrosion.
