API 6D Fully Welded Ball Valve for Oil & Gas Transmission Pipeline System
API 6D Welded Ball Valve is professional pipeline ball valve manufactured strictly according to API 6D specification for long‑distance energy transmission.
‑ Fully welded valve body structure, high structural strength
‑ Excellent pressure bearing performance, adapt to high‑pressure pipeline condition
‑ Compact overall dimension, reduce installation space requirement
‑ Bubble‑tight seat sealing, achieve zero leakage performance
‑ Anti‑blow‑out stem design ensures operation safety
‑ Fire‑safe structure complies with API 6D safety requirements
‑ Anti‑static design for flammable medium working condition
‑ Full range shell and seat pressure test before delivery
‑ Support manual, pneumatic, electric and hydraulic actuator
‑ Reduce external leakage risk compared with bolted body valve
‑ Support OEM, ODM and special project customization
‑ Factory direct supply with complete test reports and documents
Mainly used in natural gas transmission, crude oil pipeline, city gas network, refinery, power plant and petrochemical industry. Applied for medium cut‑off and isolation control on long‑distance buried and overhead energy pipelines.
API 6D Welded Ball Valve realizes opening and closing by 90° rotation of ball core. When ball through‑hole aligns with pipeline channel, medium passes freely; rotate 90°, solid part of ball blocks flow channel to complete medium shut‑off. Full welded body effectively eliminates body joint leakage risk for long‑term underground service.
