Working Principle<\/p>\n
<\/div>\n

Gear Operated PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve transfers torque through worm\u2011gear gearbox to drive butterfly disc rotate 90 degrees. Gearbox reduces operating force and can lock valve position. When disc parallels pipeline direction, medium flows through; rotate 90 degrees, disc presses PTFE lining seat to block flow channel and realize tight shut\u2011off. PTFE lining isolates corrosive medium from metal valve body to prevent chemical erosion.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
