Our gate valves are designed, produced and test stirctly as per DIN and related standard in our API, ISO certified workshop, our ISO 17025 lab is able to do the testings PT, UT, MT, IGC, chemical analysis, mechanical testings. All the valves are 100% tested before dispatch and warranty for 12 month after installaion. Painting can be custom appointed as per client requests, such as JOTUN, HEMPEL. TPI is accepted for either process inspection or final dimensional and testing inspection.<\/p>\n

Product Introduction<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Wedge gate valve is a multi-turn and bidirectional valve, and the closure member is a wedge.
\nWhen the stem rising up, the wedge will left from the seat which means opening, and when the stem going down, the wedge will tightly closed to the seat facing makes it closing. When fully open, fluid flows through the valve in a straight line, resulting in minimum pressure drop across the valve. Gate valves are used as on-off valves, not suitable as capicity control applications.
\nCompared with ball valves, gate valves are with less cost, and more widely applications. Normally ball valves are with soft seat, so it\u2019s not suggested to be used in high temperate applicaitons, but gate valves are with metal seat and is a good choice to be used in such high temperate situation. Also, gate valves can be used for critical applicalications when the mudium have solid particles such as mining.
